Nature of This Resource

This is a private reference site with no authority over Three Forks Regional Jail, Lee Adjustment Center, the Lee County Sheriff, the Kentucky Department of Corrections, courts, or another public office. We do not store official government records. We cannot confirm a person's custody status, order a release, alter a record, file a court document, or act for an agency.

The site's purpose is to direct visitors toward inmate, jail, court, supervision, and release-record resources relevant to Lee County. Some links and search features connect to third-party research providers. Those services operate under their own terms.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without interfering with other visitors or the systems that provide it. In particular, you must not:

• Break any local, state, or federal law through your use
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person
• Base a hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decision on site content
• Attempt access to accounts, servers, data, or functions without authorization
• Operate bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated collection tools

No Consumer Reports or Screening

Lee County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use content, links, or search results for:

• Decisions about hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment matters
• Tenant selection, rental approval, or another housing determination
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance rates and coverage
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Services Operated by Others

The site may link to jail and corrections pages, release records, court portals, government agencies, legal-aid resources, and outside search services. We do not operate those destinations and are not responsible for their content, data practices, charges, terms, results, or uptime. A link does not amount to endorsement. Review the destination's terms and policies before using it.

Service Provided Without Warranties

The site and its content are supplied "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no express or implied warranty concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted site availability
• The absence of errors, bugs, harmful code, or security weaknesses

Custody, release, supervision, court, and public-record information can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement by a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or other government agency. Verify a material fact with the office that owns the record.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lee County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a separate source is identified, the site's original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Lee County Released Inmates or its content partners. You may not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from those materials without prior written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. New terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued access after a revision means that use is governed by the version then displayed.

Restriction or Loss of Access

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to all or part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. This authority includes action taken to protect the site, its users, providers, or legal interests.

Kentucky Law Governs

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the site or these terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction within Kentucky.

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only to the extent needed to make it valid and enforceable.
